Welcome to AI Home Interior: Design Style (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and its related features and services.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
- About the App
AI Home Interior: Design Style provides AI-powered tools that allow users to explore interior design ideas and visualize different styles for rooms and living spaces.
Depending on the features available in your version of the App, you may be able to:
Upload or select photos of rooms or spaces.
Generate AI-powered interior design concepts.
Explore different interior styles and design ideas.
Create alternative visualizations based on selected preferences.
Save or export generated results where supported.
AI-generated results are provided for inspiration and visualization purposes and may not accurately represent real-world dimensions, materials, colors, structural conditions, or final construction results.
2.Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the App and enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are not legally able to enter into these Terms yourself, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
3.User Content
You may provide photos, images, text, prompts, selections, or other content to use certain features of the App (“User Content”).
You retain your rights to your User Content.
By submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a limited right to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the requested App functionality, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use and submit your User Content.
You must not upload content that:
Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Contains unlawful, harmful, or otherwise prohibited material.
You do not have the right to use.
4. AI-Generated Content
The App may use artificial intelligence to generate interior design concepts, images, suggestions, or other results (“AI-Generated Content”).
AI-Generated Content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or unsuitable for a particular space. Similar or identical results may also be generated for different users.
AI-Generated Content should not be considered professional architectural, engineering, construction, electrical, plumbing, safety, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating generated results before relying on them for real-world decisions.
For renovations, construction, structural changes, or other safety-related work, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
4.Free and Premium Features
The App may offer both free and paid features.
Certain AI generation capabilities, design styles, usage limits, exports, or other features may require a paid subscription.
Available features and limitations may vary by subscription plan, App version, device, or region.
5.Subscriptions
AI Home Interior: Design Style may offer automatically renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
Available subscription periods and prices are displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm a purchase.
When you purchase a subscription through Apple's App Store:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Renewal will be charged according to the subscription price applicable to your plan at that time, subject to any changes permitted under applicable platform rules and law.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6.Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may occasionally offer free trials, introductory pricing, or other promotional subscription offers.
The duration, eligibility requirements, pricing, and other conditions of an offer will be displayed before purchase.
Unless canceled before the applicable trial or promotional period ends, a subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Eligibility for promotional offers may be determined by Apple or other applicable platform rules.
7.Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel an active subscription through your Apple account settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not immediately terminate access to subscription features already paid for. You may continue using applicable premium features until the end of the current billing period.
Payments, billing, cancellations, and refund requests for purchases processed through the App Store are subject to Apple's applicable payment and refund policies.
We do not independently control refunds for transactions processed directly by Apple.
8.Changes to Subscription Plans
We may modify the features included in premium plans or introduce new subscription options.
If subscription pricing changes, any required notice, consent, or other procedures will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
9.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or usage limitations.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary components of the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Use automated methods to abuse or overload the service.
Upload content that infringes the rights of others.
Misrepresent AI-generated designs as professional plans or certifications where doing so would be misleading or unlawful.
We may restrict access to the App when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
10.Intellectual Property
The App, including its interface, software, branding, graphics, design elements, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or our intellectual property to you.
Your use of the App is limited to personal or otherwise authorized use in accordance with these Terms.
11.Third-Party Services
Some App functionality may depend on third-party services, operating-system features, AI technology providers, or infrastructure providers.
We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
12.Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features of the App from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system, or geographic location.
Updates may also be required to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality.
13.Disclaimer
The App and its AI-generated results are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
AI-generated designs will be accurate or error-free.
Generated designs can be implemented in a real physical space.
Generated furniture, materials, dimensions, lighting, colors, or layouts will precisely match real-world products or conditions.
The App will always operate without interruptions or errors.
The App is intended primarily as a visualization and creative inspiration tool.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
You are responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated designs, including purchases, renovations, construction, or modifications to real-world spaces.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15.Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use AI Home Interior: Design Style.
16.Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risks, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.
Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscription management remains subject to the applicable App Store procedures.
17.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or our practices.
When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes through the App or another reasonable method.
Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
18.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
